What Livsi is — and isn't

Livsi is a free guide that organizes public information about benefits, services, and providers, and helps you see which may fit the person you care for.

• It isn't an eligibility decision. Labels like “Likely eligible” are estimates based on your answers and published rules. Only the program or agency can decide eligibility.
• It isn't medical, legal, or financial advice. Talk with qualified professionals about your situation. In an emergency, call 911.
• It isn't a government agency and isn't affiliated with the programs or providers it lists, unless we say so.
• Information can change. We cite sources and show when we last checked each program, but rules, amounts, and contacts change. Always confirm with the program before relying on it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Only add information about someone you care for if you're their parent, guardian, or have their permission.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can stop using Livsi and ask us to delete your account at any time.

What you share

When you share experiences, tips, or provider recommendations, you keep ownership of what you write. You give Livsi permission to store it, analyze it, and — in the future — show it or summaries of it to other families anonymously, to help them. We'll never show your name or your loved one's name. Please:

• Share honest, first-hand experiences.
• Don't include private information about other people, like a child's full name or a caseworker's phone number.
• Don't post anything false, hateful, harassing, or promotional, or anything that breaks the law.
• Don't give medical instructions to others — share what worked for you instead.

We may edit, decline to show, or remove content that doesn't follow these rules.

Share links

Anyone with a Care Map share link can view that map. Only share it with people you trust, and turn it off when you no longer need it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Livsi — for example, by trying to access other people's accounts or data, interfering with the site, or copying our program database in bulk. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and limits

Livsi is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Livsi isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information on the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Questions: support@livsi.org.
